Fitting for the solar lighting system is automatically controlled below 80W (12V) or below 160W (24V) for both lighting and solar panel. Specializing in primary light and secondary light double way output. It uses the newest patent products of ours.

I, Function

1. Preventing battery from over charging, over discharging and reverse-current during nights.

2. Controller will start up the primary lighting and secondary light in the evening automatically according to the intensity of the light

3. Controller will shut down the secondary lighting automatically when it is dawn.

4. Controller will shut down the primary light timely or automatically according to set up (synchronism to the secondary lighting).

II Connection (See the drawing below)

Opening the top cover of the controller, connect the wire and terminal according to the drawing on the top cover of Controller.

1. Connect the +, - of battery to the relevant terminal of the controller (the first one and the third one from the left) firmly and correctly.

2. Connect the +, - of the solar panel to the relevant terminal of the controller (the first one and the second one from the left) firmly and correctly.

3. Connect the +, - of the primary lighting to the relevant terminal of the controller (the fourth one and the fifth one from the left) firmly and correctly.

4. Connect the +, - of secondary lighting to the relevant terminal of the controller (the fourth one and the sixth one from the left) firmly and correctly.

III  Indicator LED

1. One piece of Charge Indicator LED (mark: Charge). When it is bright, the battery is charged strongly, flickeringly means floating charge, no light means stop charge.

2. One piece of Load Indicator LED (mark: Load). When it is bright, there is output and load can work, no light means there isnt output and ban load.

Attention Items:

1. Before connection, please check and confirm the rated voltage of the solar panels, batteries and the loads carefully. These must be same rated voltage, all 12V or all 24V.

2. The rated current of the solar panels and the load must be less than the rated current of the controller.

.Enactment of the closing method for primary lighting

Long press the Set key, latter the green light will be flickering, Start from 0,One flash equal to 1 hour. As soon as fit for the timing, loosening grip, the enactment finished. This is the method of timing control for the primary lighting. If the time is more than 10 hours, the green lighting will flash fast, then loosening grip, the enactment finished, here the method is automatic light controlling for the primary lighting.   Controller will start up the light for 15mins delay when it is night.

See about the method of closing:

Press the Set key 1 second, then loosen.

Time Controlling Pattern: When the green LED flash 1 time, it is 1 hour (2 Times/Second).

Light Controlling Pattern: It fast flash 4 Second10 Times/Second.
